Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you ample time to ensure your cycling shoes and accessories meet your performance requirements.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact and included
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • Shoes must show no signs of wear or damage
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Important Notice: Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Socks (all types)
  • Clearance items (marked as final sale)
  • Products that show signs of use or wear
  • Items without original packaging

Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package the item(s) in their original box, include the RMA number on the outside, and ship to:

Step 4: Processing & Resolution

Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Processing

Exchanges are processed once we receive your return. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information for your new items.

Defective or Incorrect Items

International Returns

As we serve cyclists worldwide (excluding parts of Asia and remote areas), international customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring your package.
