The Ergo 5 in carbon is a high-end shoe from Sidi with several adjustment possibilities and high-quality workmanship.
The Tecno-3 system provides a personalized and secure fit while the carbon composite of the Twelve Carbon sole provides excellent power transmission. The upper part is of high quality, Tech Pro Mesh Nylon microfiber . It is breathable and regulates the temperature and, thanks to its surface finish, it is dirt-repellent.
Twelve Carbon Composite sole : The carbon-reinforced nylon outsole with a carbon insert allows it not to absorb water and does not lose stiffness in a hot or humid climate, as it ages. It offers excellent power transmission and is a light and rigid sole.
Please note : this sole does not have an insert for Look wedges.
SOFT INSTEP
The SOFT INSTEP CLOSING SYSTEM is a wide, anatomically curved strap, associated with a soft EVA thermoform pad that distributes the pressure evenly over the instep region. The SOFT INSTEP CLOSING SYSTEM is adjustable on both sides, to perfectly center the EVA pad on a high or low instep. The system eliminates the need for High Instep Extender. The SOFT INSTEP CLOSING SYSTEM is replaceable.
SIDI HEEL
The reinforced heel keeps the foot in an optimal position and quickly that the shoe is deformed by extreme performance or prolonged pressure.
